    Return and Exchange Policy

     

    We take time and pride in all of our pieces as our costumes are handmade with amount of detail. We ask that you take great pride and care of your items upon receipt.

    We want you to feel good and understand at times things may shift which is why we offer a one-time refitting or sub situational piece at no extra charge for minor repairs.

    In the event full piece replacement, please contact prior to re-ordering. If possible we would be happy to offer a discount on the replacement piece to keep you palancing on the streets!

     

    Request for Refunds or Returns must be made within 14 days of costume pick up. Refunds or Returns on Costumes will only be accepted until May 20, 2019

    No refunds will be accepted after May 31, 2019 due to time constraints on design and events.

     

    Exchanges will only be considered on case by case.

    Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of costume or 30 days prior to the event which you register, whichever comes first. Depending on purchase date, early bird will receive additional time on selected costume pieces

    In the event an exchange or refund cannot be process we offer a Credit for any future events.

    For hygiene reasons all swimsuit, jewelry and main costume pieces are considered final sale.

    All Refunds, Exchanges, Credits are subject to the restocking and administration fee.

    • A restocking and administration fee of $35 will be charged on all refunds for costumes regular prices over $100
    • An restocking and administration fee of $20 will be charged on all refunds for costumes regular prices between $50- $99
    • A restocking and administration fee of $15 will be charged on all refunds for costumes regular prices under $50

    Any discounts, credits, gift cards, promotions or bonus will also be deducted off the final balance due.
